At CGTPA, we recognize the thousands of aspiring tech professionals young and older making the transition at a time when they need more help than ever before to land a technical job quickly.

These aspiring technical professionals will require coaching, mentoring and basically a deep insight into the technical profession to help them stay in a field that their having trouble finding work. This is an on-going sponsorship and our goal is sponsor 2 -5 a day in a coaching program to fit their needs.
